About the Role:
As a Support Worker with SILC, you will be responsible for assisting the people that we support to gain as much independence as possible. We have positions available in our Residential Support Services Team with part-time and full-time roles available in multiple locations across Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, and Te Puke.
You will work in a diverse team, supporting people with their individual plans and goals. You will take an interest in the lives of the people we support and will assist them to connect with their community in activities of their interest. You will promote independence in the home by providing support with meal preparation, household tasks and personal cares.
